Second International Debate @ Google Hang-out  The second International Debate: Status of Drug Addicts and Ex-Drug Addicts in Society will be held at 19.00 GMT+1 (Stockholm, Belgrade, Berlin...) or at 13.00PM by CET (US&Canada).   - From the experience of 1st debate, I hope that this; 2nd International debate will have success like the previous one when we had over 800 joint people in a Google Hang-out room.
