Payoneer MasterCard Srbija - RADI PONOVO



Udruženje SUZA pomno je pratilo dešavanjauu sveri ITa jer kao što znate mi pored podrške i pomoći za one kojima je potrebna pomoć u ovoj pošasti zvanoj zavisnost! Mnogi od nas koji su u Srbiji su osuđeni da rade od kuće i da primaju platu na Payoneer MasterCard ili PayPal. Evo oficijane izjave da Payoneer MasterCard ponovo radi (Jun 30 2020).
We are happy to report that the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) completed its audit and confirmed that it has lifted the freeze on your Wirecard-issued Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard® card. As Mastercard has addressed and fixed some technical issues, your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard is now active once again.
We know this period has been difficult for you and we appreciate your patience and support while we worked to get it resolved.  Can I access the funds on my card?
  • Yes, you can withdraw the funds on your card from an ATM or spend them online and in-store. While you may wish to quickly withdraw your funds, the FCA has assured us that no further problems are expected.
  • From 00:01 CET on Monday, July 6th, you will once again be able to withdraw your funds to your local bank account and use the Make a Payment and Manage Currencies services. Until then, we will waive the flat ATM withdrawal fees.
Can I receive new funds to my card?
All future payments will continue to be received to your Payoneer currency balance, not your card. Even though the FCA announced that the cards are safe to use, we will offer a new card issuer soon to ensure the long-term safety of your earnings.
Will I be able to request a new card?
We will contact you as soon as we have a new card solution available.
We apologize for any hardships caused by these events. We appreciate your continued partnership and remain committed to strengthening our offering with additional secure ways to access your funds.
Why did the FCA originally freeze card activity?
As you may have seen on the news, Wirecard AG filed for insolvency. Your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard Card is issued by its subsidiary, Wirecard Card Solutions Limited (WCSL) in the UK. The FCA, which oversees WCSL, decided to restrict WCSL’s activities to protect customer money. As a result, there was a temporary freeze in place on all card activities in effect. It was lifted today after they completed their audit.
How did Payoneer handle this situation?
We worked around the clock to pressure the FCA to lift the freeze as soon as possible. In parallel, we ensured that all our customers could continue to receive new payments to a Payoneer virtual balance and withdraw those funds to their local bank account. In addition, we stated that even if the FCA audit found a shortfall, our intent was for Payoneer to fill the gap so that our customers got 100% of their money back. Our customers will always be our first priority, and we are committed to transparency in our communications.

Rad u inostranstvu, na metadonu? Da li je moguće?


 



Poštovani,

Vaša "SUZA", je i naša "SUZA". Naše iskustvo, je i Vaše iskustvo. Na temu, rada u inostranstvu na terapiji metadonom, pozabavili smo se u poslednjih par meseci, pa je sve to trebalo spakovati tako da je interesovanje za ovu informaciju enormno zbog sve veće migracije radne snage iz Srbije u zemlje EU.

Dakle, pored ostalog kao što je radna viza koja se dobija na osnovu predugovora o ugovoru i propratne dokumentacije koja se predaje u ambasadi države u kojoj želite da boravite; koja zavisi od posla do posla. Dakle, nije svejedno da li Vaša dokumentacija za vizu za stalni radni odnos u državi EU je ista za mesto koje iziskuje rad na mašinama i rad bez mašina. (pod "mašine" mislimo na sve što se vozi, i gde je najmanja greška može da ugrozi živite ljudi. Dakle, sve osim IT industrije daje Vam mnogo lakši pristup OST metadonom).


Kako moje lično iskustvo govori, moraćete malo da se "promuvate" od Doma Zdravlja do sudskog prevodioca, negde na neka dokumenta, npr. sa državom sa kojim Srbija nema bilateralni sporazum o razmeni radne snage kao što su (Slovačka, Češka, Slovačka,... itd ali INFORMISITE SE O APOSTILLE PEČATU I O TOME SA KIM IMA SRBIJA BILATERALNI SPORAZUM ZA MIGRACIJU RADNE SNAGE TIPA "SKILLED WORKER" PROGRAM I SL.

Pređimo na stvar:

U slučaju da uđete u Slovačku, Češku i dr. zemlje i Vaš posao ne iziskuje rukovanje mašinama gde se, naravno, računar NE RAČUNA kao mašina 😄, trebaće Vam sledeće.

1. Iz nadležnog Doma Zdravlja tražite uverenje LEKARSKO UVERENJE ZA RAD U INOSTRANSTVU, ALI LEKARSKO UVERENJE NA OSNOVU MEDICINSKE Dokumentacije koja je 50% od redovne cene, što je 2500 DIN. (cenovnik RADNE MEDICINE) 

- Dakle, tu se navede koji lekar specijalista (psihijatar) vodi Vašu terapiju, ko je izdaje tj. piše e-recepte( ukoliko ste u okviru izdavanja metadona na recept), ICD10(11) sifra bolesti koja je pre svega F11.2, koliko dugo ste na terapiji, koliko mililitara ili miligrama po mililitru uzimate ili samo miligrama. (nikako samo mililitre jer metadon "tamo negde" može biti 5mg/ml dok je naš 10mg/ml)
Onda, kako se ponašate na terapiji, opšte stanje, da li ste i koliko puta učinili recidiv, Vaši podaci tipa JMBG, datum rođenja, mesto rođenja, mesto prebivališta, broj pasoša, broj lične karte, kontakt. 
- Kontakt i mišljenje lekara, kontakt Doma Zdravlja, koliko često idete po terapiju (jednom u nedelju dana, 2 puta u nedelju dana, 5 puta plus 2 doze za poneti, ili svaki dan).
- Propratni lekovi i u kojoj dozi
-Pečat i potpis

Onda, sve zavisi od metadonskog centra do metadonskog centra, za njih, spremite dokumentaciju - pod predpostavkom DA STE PRE SVEGA OVOGA KONTAKTIRALI ODGOVARAJUĆI CENTAR, KLINIKU, I SL. NAJAVILI SE I RAZJASNILI SVE ZNAKOVE PITANJA KOJE IMATE, sledi:

- Prevod na Engleski jezik sa pečatom klinike. (u nekim slučajevima to ne mora biti prevod sudskog prevodioca i njegov pečat) te samo odgovarajući pečat nekog od naših privatnih predavača Engleskog na lokalnom nivou i koji su na dobrom glasu.
- Ukoliko idete putem koji je gorenaveden, samo potpis prevodioca i zamolite( pokušajte da se pravite ludi) da dobijete pečat specijaliste i/ ili klinike.
- Za slučaj da idete na sigurno, i pare Vam nisu problem, onda jednostavno dajte papirologiju od lekara sudskom tumaču, prevodiocu na Engleski ili ovlašćenom prevodiocu koji će Vam dati Apostille pečat, I onda idite, po pečat.

Pre polaska, tj kada imate kod sebe ugovor o radu, vizu, i kartu sa datumom polaska kada i vadite ove papire, dobićete doze do 30dana od dana polaska.

Za sve više potrebna je posebna dozvola. 

Nime, sve ovo je dovoljno, samo stupite u kontakt pre odlaska na posao "preko" ranije sa klinikom, vidite da li je moguće prihvatiti papir na Engleskom i original gde je prevod na Engleski jezik uradila privatna osoba a imate pečat klinike. 

Ako, ne, sudski prevodilac odrađuje posao za 1200 din po strani. 

Tako da, za sve hejtere jedno veliko ❤️ i mogu sa 100% sigurnosti da kažem da ukoliko imate dokaz da Vam je lek metadon potreban za rad, ni jedna kompanija na svetu ne sme da Vas otpusti po nekoliko regulativa EU o diskriminaciji osim ako to utiče na Vaš posao.

Ukoliko imate dozvolu za rad sa mašinama, možete čak i to, ali morate obaviti test sposobnosti rukovođenja mašinama, prevesti, imati pečat na prevodu svih medicinskih dokumenata za rad u toj i toj kompaniji i to je to. 


Dakle, MOGUĆE JE, SAMO SAZNAJTE KADANNARANIJE MOŽETE DA ZAKAŽETE KAD DOĐETE KOD SPECIJALISTE,odakle počinje Vaše lečenje.


Računajte da ćete morati dolaziti svaki dan po terapiju, četiri meseca. 

"SUZA", može Vas uputiti i obavestiti o pravilima jedne države evropske unije, potrebno je samo poslati mail na suzaorg@gmail.com s naslovom "Terapija metadonom u (država)".

DAKLE, MOGUĆE JE, I NEMOJTE DA PROPUSTATE POSLOVE U EU zbog ubeđenja da ne može da se terapija nastavi. Potrebno je da ste osigurani, u nekim slučajevima i ne(!) kako bi ste nastavili tretman.

 Uglavnom, kako udruženje "SUZA" promptno obaveštava o svemu što se tiče onoga što je u okvirima onih koji su u oroblematici kojom se bavimo; Vam svima saopštava da svi koji ste van granica S. A. D da je FCA, regulatorno telo za proveru finsija, solventnosti, kompanije- uočila da je izdavač kartice Payoneer, MasterCarda-Wirecard Card Solutions Limited (WCSL) koja je bazirana u U. K je. IZGUBILA SOLVENTNOST ZA ISPLACIVANJE KLIJENATA KOJI SU VAN GRANICA S.A.D.

Ovakvo stanje je na snazi od 27.Juna 2020 pa do daljeg. Mi ćemo Vas promptno obaveštavati o ovoj temi, jer mnogo zavisnika na lečenju je upravo plaćeno preko Payoneera, i poseduju MasterCard poslodavca koji posluje sa Payoneerom ili "" običnu besplatnu MasterCard Debitnu karticu za povlačenje sredstava sa Payoneer računa sa bankomata, u Srbiji konverzija u dinarima( i nije bas sjajna) te plaćanje kako ono bezkontaktno tako i ono što zahteva provlačenje kartice.

As you may have seen on the news, Wirecard AG filed for insolvency on Thursday. Your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard® Card is issued by its subsidiary, Wirecard Card Solutions Limited (WCSL) in the UK. The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which oversees WCSL, decided to restrict WCSLs activities to further protect customer money. As a result, a temporary freeze on all card activities is in effect.

What does this mean?
The FCA has communicated that these measures were taken to protect the interests and money of Wirecard customers. Until the FCA completes their investigation, you are temporarily unable to use the funds on your card or receive new payments to your card.

Any funds that are in excess of the maximum balance of your card are held by Payoneer and are, as always, available for withdrawal. These funds are not impacted by the FCA’s temporary freeze.

When will I be able to access my funds?
WCSL is working closely with the FCA to address their concerns so that the temporary freeze can be lifted as soon as possible, and your card can continue to operate as before.

We have highlighted to the FCA the urgency of the situation so that your card is unfrozen as soon as possible.

What about the pending payments on my card?
Until your card is unfrozen, pending payments will go to your Payoneer account, where they will land in your virtual currency balance and can be withdrawn to your local bank account.

When will my virtual balance be available?
Your virtual balance is already available. Sign in to your Payoneer account to view it. This means you can continue to receive payments from marketplaces, platforms and clients without an issue and withdraw these funds to your local bank account. Please ensure that you have an approved bank account, in your name, associated with your virtual account.

How can I get paid during this time?
Any future payments that you receive from marketplaces, platforms and clients will not be affected by the freeze. You can sign in to view your funds, and you can now add your bank account for withdrawal of your future incoming payments.

We are actively working on offering additional options for you, and your patience and understanding are highly appreciated. The situation is continuously developing, and we will update you as soon as we have additional information.

We understand that the developing situation with Wirecard has created a lot of concern and challenges for Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard® card users. We have been assured by the FCA that the freeze was put in place to ensure the protection of all cardholders’ funds. We have also been given repeated reassurances that all funds are properly safeguarded. Progress is being made to lift the freeze, and we will continue to update you as soon as more information is available. This situation has impacted the customers of many companies, and we believe that it will be resolved soon.

In the meantime, incoming funds to Payoneer users can be withdrawn to bank accounts or held in a Payoneer Account which remains safe and secure. All funds held in Payoneer are fully liquid and available and held in global leading banks. Our company is strong and stable, and committed to safeguarding our customers’ funds in accordance with all relevant global regulations.

We know that our customers depend on these funds, and that this freeze has created hardships for many people. We have enabled alternative solutions for payment withdrawal and are working to address any technical issues that have come up, and to help our customers in any way we can.”
