The "Exchange One" - exchanging experiences
"Exchange One" is a Plan and Program of the Narko-Manija author itself. This program, gives opportunity to the all addicts, across the World, across the whole Globe to speak out "loud" and tell their opinion, in a meaning of exchanging views and system of values.
- The very original idea of creating and developing a plan, and program, of exchanging points of views, and thoughts, as well as the exchange of experience - which is the actual wealth when it comes to "addiction problem", then, we have here - on table - an revolutionary idea and program.
HOW "EXCHANGE ONE" IDEA CAME ?
- As someone who is very familiar with networking, telecommunications, network administration and Search Engine Optimization (S.E.O), I've decided to try to gather all people with one goal: "be threaten and respected in society as everyone else and/or get clean of illicit drugs".
-The huge international trafficking trough this blog was noticed, I would have to say, before anything I would like to say about "Exchange One". I was observing the sources of incoming traffic, I've noticed that about half of those who come on to this blog are "foreigners", in other words, about 45% of total traffic is coming from non-Serbian language zone. (nor Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, Macedonian...).
As the percentage is not something that I would, just like that, put away, I came up with an idea: "Why wouldn't we all, who have or had a problem with drug addiction, came to one place, meet, exchange P.O.V's (Point Of Views) ? Exchanging informations, brought World in totally different era. The era of IT. So, the exchange itself, is something precious that we all should do - and that is the main goal of "Exchange One".
- Another good thing is that over 70% of Internet users in Serbia, or ex-Yugoslavia, do understand very well English, and 60% of them can speak, talk, and write quite good. So, why not? After all we been trough, here on Balkans, why not to make "webinars", "conversions", meetings... That is something that we all can do from the comfort of our home! Some of participators could go trough, during a meeting (for instance), detoxification, and/or going trough withdrawal - and they could also participate in all of upper-mentioned.
The key support come from ourselves!
- Why would we wait, or suffer from the lack of support ?! Why on Earth would we go trough tough time, having absolutely no support for the treatment that helps us, alone ?! We, we don't have to! With "Exchange One" - specifically targeting all ex and current addicts from "New Continent" and "Old Continent" (USA & Europe) we could all have support that we crucially need at any time, and in same time meet people with similar or same problems that they went trough or they are still in.
- This is something that could bring an totally new way of support to the addicts! How many of You do NOT go on to counseling or support-meetings ? How many of You would go on to supportive counseling / "anonymous drug addict meetings" - if they would even had a chance to go onto it?! There are a lot of people that would join to conversations, meetings, webinars to speak out loud, to tell their problem, to get an advice from a person that actually WENT TROUGH all of that without telling You something that You already heard from Your parents, or sentences that are keep repeating on regular meetings - respectively. WE via "Exchange One" can "gather under the one roof" and get all the benefit that different way of treatments, different laws in countries, different cultures mixed with all of mentioned - can give us the fundamental and crucial thing that we obviously need!
- This is just a step of narko-manija blog, and further steps will go into "internationalization" of the blog.
WE ARE ALONE!
NOBODY WILL HELP US, OR DEVELOP BETTER TREATMENT, NOR ADOPT SOME OF THE CRUCIAL HEALTH LAWS - IF WE DON'T GATHER AND SAY IT OUT LOUD, WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY NEED FOR A NORMAL LIFE!
PARTICIPATING: Being a part
Participating, and being a part of an ongoing plan and project will improve the treatment of all participants and automatically it raises the percentage, possibility, of being and staying clean of illicit drugs for life-time.
- To become and give support to this project, of gathering all of those who want to get to know each-other, exchange experience, found out something new, get the support that they need, more emphaty from people that know what they are/were going trough, You DON'T NEED MONEY! All You need is a good will and a couple of clicks.
